Our Story
Valley Coffee started as a single espresso machine and a borrowed storefront on Wren Street. Nearly a decade later, we're still doing things the unhurried way — roasting in small batches with our friends at Hollow Creek Roasters, baking each morning before sunrise, and keeping the door propped open for whoever needs a seat.
We're not trying to be everywhere. We're just trying to be really good at being here.
